AI Fundamentals establishes a shared foundation in artificial intelligence (AI) literacy across the University of Miami. The primary purpose of this level is to establish a common understanding of the AI field and the various components that make up AI. Learners gain foundational skills in using generative AI, including prompt writing and common use cases.

Enterprise AI Productivity

Enterprise AI Productivity helps learners apply enterprise approved AI tools to work more efficiently across a range of tasks. Participants gain hands on experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot within M365 applications, leveraging Gemini Notebook (NotebookLM) for research and synthesis, and creating task specific agents to support everyday work.

  • Learning Track: Employing AI Agents for Business Value

    This track prepares learners to identify, evaluate, and deploy AI agents that drive organizational performance. Participants learn how agentic systems can automate workflows, generate insights, support decision-making, and augment work across functions such as marketing, human resources, finance, and operations. By the end of the track, learners can assess AI opportunities, understand scalability and governance considerations, and align AI investments with measurable business outcomes and enterprise strategy.

AI Solution Development

AI Solution Development focuses on coding and building custom AI applications from the ground up.
