As artificial intelligence (AI) transforms the workplace, AI literacy is an essential skill for everyone. AI for Everyone (AI4E) is the University of Miami's learning initiative built on the principle of a digitally enabled, human-led workplace—where technology enhances human capabilities, while people remain at the center of decision-making, creativity, and innovation.

Through four progressive learning levels, AI4E helps faculty and staff develop the knowledge and skills needed to use AI effectively and responsibly. Employees can build a foundation in AI Fundamentals, improve efficiency with Enterprise AI Productivity tools, exten their capabilities through Applied AI Solutions, and advance to AI Solution Development for creating AI-powered applications.
